Roll-Up Door Features

Spring-Loaded Roll-Up Screens slide up out of the way for unobstructed access to doorway. Includes: pull-down straps on both sides, aluminum guide track with safety stripes, and horizontal stiffeners for extra stability. Unit is spring loaded for easy opening. Choose either Jamb Mounting or Inside Stand-Off Mounting. Choose Manual, or Motorized with either an in-tube or external motor for automatic operation. Features: These doors are a cost effective way to keep insects out of your dock area. Innovative FlexScreen is the answer. This durable, all weather vinyl coated polyester permits air flow and light to come through, while keeping birds, flies and other pests out. The vinyl resists mildew, is fire retardant and UV resistant. Quality construction features safety strips sewn into the curtain for visibility, nylon rollers, galvanized track and coated steel wall brackets. Choose from either inside stand-off or jamb mount hardware.

Three Roll-Up Models:

Motorized: This model comes with an In-tube motor (ITM) or an External Continuous Duty Motor (ECD) designed for frequent opening and closing. (ITM) not recommended for opening more than 8 times per hour). The door is operated from a rocker switch which is provided. Both motors have up and down limit switches. The ECD model has an emergency chain hoist.

Spring Tube Model (STM): This model rolls on a spring action tube and has two handles to manually pull screen into the down position. Two latches are provided to hold the door securely down. The spring assembly comes heavily lubricated.

Chain Hoist Model (HM): This model operates like a traditional chain hoist roll-up loading dock door.

Crank Handle Model (CHM): This model has an awning type crank handle mechanism which can be cranked by hand or adapted for a hand drill.
